Lv 1[Genin]
Eyes turn red and the user can manipulate the 5 elements at a minor stat.

Lv 2 [Chuuin]
Eyes Turn Purple with a little red in it and the user can manipulate the 5 elemets at a moderat stat. also gains speed boost and strength boost.

Lv 3 [Jounin]
Eyes Turn Purple with a white keidoscop in it. User can manipulate the 5 element at a major stat. also gains major speed boost and strength boost.

Lv 4 [Kage]
Eyes Turn Glowing purple with a red keidoscop in it. User Can manipulate the 5 elements at a extreme stat. also gains lightning speed and extreme power boost.

Downside: the more you uses the eyes the more strain is cused 2 the body and it shortes your lifespan.

Clan History: One day kazuki was out fishing, a couple of bullys tried to rape him (ewww)
then kazuki awekend his fire manip skill and fried them! end of story xd il make bether later...

Clan Abilty: Able to create fire with theyr dojutsus and manip it ash they wish.

Lv 1 [Genin]
Users eyes turns Dark red with some black in it, user can create/manipulate fire at a minor stat.

Lv 2 [Chuunin]
Users eyes turns Dark red with some purple in it, user can create/manipulate fire at a moderat stat, user gains moderat speed and power.

Lv 3 [Jounin]
Users eyes turn half dark red and half purple. user can create/manipulate fire at a extreme stat, user gains extreme speed and power.

Lv 3 [Kage/S-Rank]
Users eyes turn black with a purple keidosop in it, user can create/manipulate fire at a almost unlimted stat. user gains lightning speed and incredbel(w.e you right it) power.

1000 degress but ish hard to manip. most have lv 4 dojutsu
