kk now for electric manipulation its all about turning ur body's natural impulses into chakra. *hands both of u a lightbulb* i want u both to try to light that lightbulb.

ok *holds lightbulb and trys turnin body's natural impulses into chakra**the lightbulb starts to light up*

*is impressed* k try to hold it for five seconds

k *focuses and hold it for 4 seconds* darn..

come on u can get it for one more second

right..*focuses again and holds it for 5 seconds*

good now for the next step it is nearly the same thing but u must make the lightning spark in between your finger tips

ok *focuses and makes a little spark in between my fingertips*

kk now try to get the spark bigger and longer.

k *closes eyes and focuses and makes a bigger spark in between finger tips and it lasts 5 seconds*

k now spread your arms apart and do the same thing. keep doing this until you can hold your hands at an arms length apart and hold the spark for 10 seconds.

ok *spreads arms apart and closes eyes again and focuses again**the spark goes hand to hand as there apart and holds it 8 seconds* darn..

kk good your done. there is much of an electric exercise after that and it usually kills you if u use it so. ur done.
